Tocabe House Dry Rub

I love this spice mix and plan to keep using it as a staple. It is a good mix of smoky pepper & herby flavors. Not extremely salty or spicy, just balanced and versatile. It goes really well sprinkled on eggs or avocado toast as well as for seasoning proteins.

Made a whole roasted chicken using this rub and salt and pepper. Turned out amazing. Gave my bird a wonderful smoky and peppery flavor. I liked so much, I mixed it with melted butter and tossed fingerling potatoes and roasted corn in it also. Well done, folks!

I used as a rub on wings.
No other seasoning or anything else on the wings, I roasted/baked them
Turned out delicious!!!
